Health and wellbeing MOTs
Further Education students involved in the primary research indicated that they would welcome an informal, holistic health MOT in a non-medical environment. This intervention would be promoted as an opportunity for students to discuss any issues of concern with the nurses, without any overt references to weight or obesity. The nurses would signpost students to the Upforit website and communication materials, as well as mainstream health services.
